Part 1 Logo
1. You need to have a clear but effective symbol or main piece of the logo, that catches one's eye. For example: color, a interesting or simplistic font, a sketch or small picture, etc.
2. This depends on what the logo is; you will have to consider the usage of color, because some colors will show up lighter or darker than others.
3. No, but it is helpful for creating something that you want people to remember.
4. Yes.
5. Colorful colors that are bright. However, more than 2 or 3 colors is too much.

Part 1 Font
The cat connects with font because the cat's facial expression, and appearance in terms of breed and the way they are positioned, and what is goring on in the scene around them correspond to the style and texture of the font.
My favorite cat picture is "Papyrus" because I love hairless cats and I love the way the light hits the cat and the way the cat is looking at the camera. Also since the cat is a Sphynx cat, both the font and the cat give off an Egyptian vibe which is so cool.

My Spoof Ad
1. Apple is always coming out with their "latest" version of the same iPhone every year to make money off of naive consumers. They slightly change a few things about the previous phone and then make it sound like the "new" one is SO NEW AND DIFFERNT, when really it's not.
2. The audience for this piece are consumers of technology.
3. Consumers of technology love "new" types of technology, so they would definitely be interested in this "new" phone.
4. N/A
5. Techniques used to convey the message are the real life things that Apple and the technology industry put out in the media and in our world.

Spoof Ads - Part 1
1, The message is how beauty is perceived in society.
2. The audience of the piece is the citizens of society, like the younger adults, and the teenagers.
3. I think the fact that the spoof is making the ad as if the product is made by "Photoshop"
makes it for the younger audience because, older people don't really know about photoshop or what it does, like how the younger, more modern generation does.
4. Other messages are how women may think they need to stay looking young in order to please their significant other. Also, how the media sends out the perception that a woman should look perfect and always wear makeup and have no flaws.
5. The techniques used to convey the message are using real life problems in society, and when it comes to the editing of the ad, there is some dodge and burn, maybe some levels, contrast, and color correcting.
1. The message is the unfair ways of the industrial market, and that Nike sits back, relaxes, and gets paid the majority of the money (for this shoe it's $250), while the workers who spent endless hours making hundreds of these shoes, only get paid 83 cents.
2. The audience for this piece are the shoe consumers.
3. The shoe is made by Nike and Nike is a shoe brand.
4. N/A
5. The techniques used to convey the message is also using real world problems in the industrial/consumer market.
